My Promise

Pangako na mananatili akong tapat malayo ka man o malapit.

I promise to remain faithful whether you're near or far

pangako na hindi ako magpapakita ng kahinaan sa pagsubok na mas lubos mong kailangan ng kalakasan

I promise not to show weakness on times when you need strength the most

Hindi ako magiging iyakin dahil alam kong ikaw ang magpapasaya sa akin

I won't be a crybaby because you makes me happy

Pangako na makakasama mo ako sa hirap at ginhawa

I promise that I will be with you through good and bad times

Ikaw ang una at huli kong mamahalin

You are the first and last man that I will love

Pangako na hindi ka man perpekto sa kanilang paningin, tiningnan pa rin kitang nagniningning

You may not be perfect in their sight, still you will remain shining in my eyes

Hindi mo man maibigay sa akin ang buwan at bituin, buwan-buwan naman kitang titingalain

You not give me the moon nor the start, I still look for forward to you each month

Pangako na mabungin man ang ating mga ngipin, iyo pa ring mapagmammasdan matatamis kong ngiti

Our teeth may all gone, I will still give you my sweetest smile

Hindi man maging kasing ganda nila Romeo at Juliet ang ating love story, ayos lang ang mahalaga ikaw at ako ay may love story

Our story may not be as awesome as what Romeo and Juliet have, that's fine as long we have our own

Pangako na tayong dalawa ay sasamba lamang sa iisang siya – si Hesus

I promise that we will only worship to our one true God – Jesus Christ

kahit mawalan na tayo ng panlasa, sabay pa rin nating babalikan ang matatamis nating ala-ala

Our taste buds may run out but we will still reminisce our past together

Pangako na mawala man ang aking pandinig, patuloy ko pa ring diringgin ang iyong mga himig

My hearing may fade I promise to still listen to your Hyms

At pangako na kahit na hindi na tayo kasing guwapo't ganda, malakas at masigla tulad ng dati, mamahalin pa rin kita kagaya ng dati.

We no longer be good looking nor strong and active just like our past, my love for you will remain fresh just like the first time we first met.
