1/2 Slab baby back Ribs fron Eduardo’s Peri-peri
I love baby back ribs! I had the chance to drop by at SM Fairview last Feb 14 2017. I was so hungry when I notice this restaurant. It’s called Eduardo’s Peri-peri Flame grilled chicken. Their specialty is their grilled chicken but as I was browsing their menu this baby back ribs caught my attention. It really looks good after about 15 mins they have finally served it. It looks really good.  The tenderness of the meat is fine. I love the taste. It’s really good plus they have nice barbecue sauces. You can choose from mind spicy and super spicy (though i don’t really find it spicy at all). The steamed rice is nicely cooked.
The place is quite small.
This is a self service restaurant but I was disappointed with some staff. I was alone when I dine here and a have a lot of things with me. The only available seat was near the kitchen door. After they serve the food I forgot to get my own spoon, fork and knife which is located in the counter, from the far end from my seat. I requested the staff who brought my food since I have no one with me to look up for things. But instead of assisting me he just point his finger to the counter and told me that I can get my utensils their.
The price is just fine. Affordable should I say for the taste of the food.

Initially, his blog served as an online diary—a personal journal where he shared his experiences, thoughts, and travels. Over time, his blog evolved into a space where he could express his random musings and reflections. This personal blog doesn’t focus on any specific niche, but instead, it’s a collection of his diverse interests and feelings. Edd created the blog purely as a hobby, with no particular intention of aligning it with any particular theme or audience. It remains a platform for him to write about whatever crosses his mind, with a style that is uniquely his own—raw, honest, and unapologetic. Through the years, the blog has served as a creative outlet, allowing Edd to document his personal journey while sharing bits of his life and thoughts with the world.
