After I had massage at Infinifa Body Massage and Spa and Food Tip at Panda Rush, I went to Cubao and supposed to head home. However there were still a lot of commuters waiting for buses. I was already past 11:00 pm and more than 5 buses already passed by and they were still full. After waiting for 45 mins I already feel that my bed is calling my body. I just decided then to check in and head home by morning the following day.

I checked in at Dreamworld Hotel (formerly Eurotel Cubao) located at General Roxas Street, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, Manila.

  • It’s location is an advantage, It is conviniently located in the heart of araneta center. Very accessible to Bus terminals, LRT 2 Araneta Center Station and MRT Araneta Center Station. Also near the city’s top attraction Araneta Coliseum, Isetann Cubao, Gateway Mall, SM Cubao.
  • The staff were nice, accomodating and friendly The front desk are quick to respond and very helpful. A welcoming atmosphere and excellent service are what you can expect during your stay at Dreamworld Hotel.
  • The room I stayed is a regular room. It did not have windows, which can be a bit difficult for people who do not like to be in an enclosed space.
  • Cable have poor reception.
  • Rooms were not so well maintained. I stayed at Room 205 in second floor. As a walk through the hallway I noticed that the doors are all opened.
  • I just stayed there for 6 hours. The cost is a little bit pricey compared with other motels such as SOGO and the Vista Hotel which is the last hotel I’ve stayed.

Key features of the Hotel are as follows

    • Internet access.  Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and in public areas
    • Satellite / Cable TV
    • Hair Dryer
    • Air Conditioning
    • Bathtub
    • Complimentary Bottled Water
    • Daily Newspaper
    • Taxi service
    • Massage Spa
    • Room service [24-hour]
    • Daily housekeeping
    • Luggage storage
    • Smoking area
    • Safety deposit boxes
    • Family room for those who have kids
    • Check-in/check-out [express]
    • Check-in [24-hour],
    • Elevator, Front desk [24-hour]
    • Security [24-hour]

    My verdict?
    3 out 5 stars

Edd describes himself as an asocial and acerbic individual. He began blogging in 2007 on Blogspot, long before blogging became a widespread trend. Initially, his blog served as an online diary—a personal journal where he shared his experiences, thoughts, and travels. Over time, his blog evolved into a space where he could express his random musings and reflections. This personal blog doesn’t focus on any specific niche, but instead, it’s a collection of his diverse interests and feelings. Edd created the blog purely as a hobby, with no particular intention of aligning it with any particular theme or audience. It remains a platform for him to write about whatever crosses his mind, with a style that is uniquely his own—raw, honest, and unapologetic. Through the years, the blog has served as a creative outlet, allowing Edd to document his personal journey while sharing bits of his life and thoughts with the world.
