Pinoy Style Spaghetti With Left Over Ham

Here’s another pasta dish made with leftover meat, perfect for the Pinoy appetite. Filipino spaghetti is a favorite among kids due to its sweet flavor. This dish combines the richness of leftover meat with the beloved sweetness of Pinoy-style spaghetti. It’s a great way to repurpose leftovers while creating a meal everyone will enjoy. Ingredients

  • 500g Spaghetti noodles
  • 6 pcs Jumbo Hotdog
  • 4 pieces hotdog
  • 3 pieces sliced holiday ham cut into cubes
  • 900g  Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • 200g Banana catsup
  • 220ml Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1pc beef cubes
  • 1 medium onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a Pan then saute the onion and garlic.
  3. Once the onions becomes soft, add the sliced ham the add the slined hotdogs.
  4. Pour-in the Spaghetti sauce, banana catsup and pineapple juice. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add beef cuubes and season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the Filipino Style Spaghetti sauce over the Spaghetti. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Best Partnered with fried chicken or Garlic bread. Enjoy!
