MANILA, Philippines – SM City Xiamen and SM Lifestyle Center received honors at the China Shopping Center International BBS, the 9th annual meeting and commercial real estate summit of Mall China Asia-Pacific held recently in Beijing.SM City Xiamen won the Mall China Golden Mall Awards 2011 City Contribution Award while SM Lifestyle Center won the Mall China Golden Mall Awards 2011 City Advancement Awards.
According to Zeng Liguo, director of China Shopping Center industry information center, it is rare for two projects under one umbrella company to win at the same time.
As Asia’s leading shopping center developer and operator, SM City Xiamen and SM Lifestyle Center got the unanimous approval of experts for their strategy, professionalism and business philosophy.
